Are ski goggles considered "clothing" or is the full purchase price refunded after trying them on and returning them?

"This product can be returned free of charge within 30 days of dispatch or collection (we will pay the postage costs). The purchase price will be refunded if the product shows no signs of use and the original packaging and labels are still present."
