7. Schwalbe Sv21
Standard MTB tube with French valve. The Schwalbe SV 21 tube is one of the most reliable tubes in its class. A Schwalbe tube retains air significantly longer. The quality of the materials and the purity of the rubber compound determine the quality of the tube right from the start. During vulcanization, each Schwalbe tube is placed in a mold and inflated. This is the only way to ensure uniform wall thickness and excellent air retention.

The lightweight and space-saving TPU tube is suitable for both road and off-road applications. High-quality, micrometer-thick TPU is processed in seven layers, achieving optimal air tightness and durability. To ensure the highest material quality and avoid unwanted pressure loss, the tube is not colored. The base of the valve shaft is slightly conical in shape to improve the fit on the rim and reduce unwanted movement during riding. Additionally, the valve shaft features an internal thread that allows for the use of valve extensions or a replacement valve core.
