The EASYBOOT EPIC is the Easyboot with already attached gaiter. The Easyboot EPIC is an extension of the regular Easyboot hoof boot. Measures for the Easyboot
It is important that you measure the hoof length as well as the hoof width to find the optimal size for your Easyboot. The front-hooves of most horses are rounder and wider than the rear-hooves in the normal case. For an optimal fit of the hind hooves we recommend the next smaller size than the front hooves.
-Measure the width of the hoof at the furthest point -> hoof width
-Measure the length of the hoof from the foremost point (toe) to the rearmost point (heel) -> Hoof Length
If your measurements do not match one size, we recommend the next larger model.

Why protect with bamboo?
Because we're committed to sustainable development, we wanted to develop a new green technology that everyone is familiar with.
Bamboo is the fastest-growing plant in the world. It has enormous tensile strength, prevents the penetration of sharp objects and is antibacterial.
Elastic Bamboo gaiters are made from a sturdy TPU shell with multiple ventilation holes in the tendon area and a large ventilation triangle.
The tendon area is reinforced with bamboo to prevent penetration.
Where the horse flexes, we've added a piece of soft natural rubber to prevent friction.
The inside of the gaiters is reinforced with an extra layer of TPU to resist abrasion.we've created our own in-house testing machine that creates a force of 80N when dropped on a horizontal horse leg with a razor-sharp axe. Our Bamboo shield horse gaiters withstand this extreme test method, which cannot be compared to any real impact during riding.
The gaiters are also Rico Test approved and RCT certified.
Fabrics and materials
Our Bamboo Shield front protectors are made from our well-known, highly breathable 3D Spacer lining, used in our closed gaiters and 3D Spacer horse blankets. They feature a robust TPU outer shell, both lightweight and durable, and an additional bamboo insert in the tendon area for optimum protection against impact and penetration by sharp objects, and are also antibacterial.

Care instructions
Gaiters are machine washable at 30°C (do not tumble dry). We always recommend using a wash bag to avoid scratches caused by washing. You can easily use our gaiter cleaner, specially designed for TPU protectors, to make your gaiters look like new even after use.
