The resulting air pockets store body heat in the absence of sweat, keeping you warm when it's cool. As you heat up, a cooling effect is triggered by distributing sweat over a larger area. The result? A constant core body temperature of an optimal 37°C. The system enhances your athletic performance by conserving energy that would otherwise be lost.
