The slick center line reduces rolling resistance, while the round tire profile is equipped with short, closely spaced knobs to ensure predictable cornering traction on hard surfaces.

The last time WTB called a mountain bike tyre Vulpine was at the end of the noughties. As a gravel tyre, the off-road specialist has a semi-slick tread. The grip surprised positively in the field test, and the tyre's puncture protection was in the midfield. The rolling resistance is rather high despite the low profile.
