Wolf Tooth Precision Headsets are made in the USA from aircraft-grade aluminum with excellent sealing to protect against weather elements. They are available in a variety of colors to add some style to your bike. These ZS headsets are designed for frames with internal bearing cups that are pressed into the frame.

Compatibility:
Suitable for any frame that uses ZS headsets (Zero Stack) with a 44 mm upper and 56 mm lower head tube inner diameter. The top and bottom are sold separately. Enduro bearings made of stainless steel are included in both the upper and lower units.

Features of the upper unit:
Ultra-lightweight top cap with integrated spacer, along with an aluminum screw and a star nut. Options for 6, 15, and 25 mm cover (6 mm cover = 16 mm total height, 15 mm cover = 15 mm total height, 25 mm cover = 25 mm total height). An O-ring seal prevents water ingress. The specially shaped upper lip seal provides additional protection for the upper bearing against dirt and water.

Features of the lower unit:
Specially shaped double lip seal at the fork cone to protect the lower bearing from dirt and water. All components have been precision manufactured in-house at Wolf Tooth from aircraft-grade aluminum to ensure the highest quality.
