Wolf Tooth Precision Headsets are made in the USA from aircraft-grade aluminum with excellent sealing to protect against the elements. They are available in a variety of colors to add some style to your bike. These EC headsets are designed for frames with external bearing cups, meaning the bearing sits outside the frame in these headsets.

Compatibility:

• Stack height of 10 mm top cup (see technical specifications).
• Any frame that uses an external cup headset with an inner diameter of the top head tube of 34 mm and an inner diameter of the bottom head tube of 34 mm, 44 mm, or 49 mm.
• Top and bottom units are sold separately.
• Enduro bearings made of stainless steel are included in both the top and bottom units.

Features of the top unit:

• Ultra-lightweight top cap with integrated spacer, along with an aluminum screw and star nut.
• 6 mm cap = 16 mm total height,
• 15 mm cap = 25 mm total height,
• 25 mm cap = 35 mm total height.
• O-ring seal prevents water ingress.
• The specially shaped upper lip seal provides additional protection for the upper bearing against dirt and water.

Features of the bottom unit:

• Specially shaped double lip seal at the fork cone to protect the lower bearing from dirt and water.
• 11 mm stack.
