This warm, waterproof ski jacket accompanies children aged 5 to 13 on their first descents on skis, snowboards, or sleds. This jacket for boys and girls features a protective hood and a soft, comfortable fleece lining. The 3-layer onion principle ensures a pleasant body climate on the slopes: the first functional layer or "second skin" keeps you dry. The second functional layer or insulation layer retains heat. The third functional layer protects against weather conditions. The thermal insulation provides a balanced body climate – neither too warm nor too cold. The garment can adapt to body behavior and ambient temperature. We use a cotton insulation to keep the body warm, made from synthetic material (polyester), which stores more or less air depending on the fiber density. The thicker the padding, the more air is stored, and the warmer the garment is. The coating on the inside of the fabric makes the product waterproof while allowing moisture vapor generated during physical exertion to escape.
