This visor was developed for ski helmets (Feel 150 and HRC 550) for skiers who want to see better in bad weather. For better visibility in snow and fog, the Feel 150 and Stream 550 helmets can be fitted with a visor for bad weather. These have a yellow double lens with anti-fog protection. The double lens reduces fogging. The air trapped between the two panes acts as a kind of thermal insulator. As a result, the temperature difference between the panes is no longer as great. Fogging can therefore not develop as quickly. The inner pane is also treated against misting.
