Wechsel Precursor tent

The Precursor is a well-known and proven tent with a geodesic design. This design is intended for use in all seasons, especially during the winter months and in high-altitude areas. It features a very spacious inner tent suitable for three to four people, as well as a large pole vestibule at the main entrance and a smaller vestibule at the rear entrance. The large pole vestibule clearly expands storage space and facilitates cooking in the vestibule (please observe safety precautions when cooking around the tent). First, the inner tent must be set up with color-coded poles. The four poles of the inner tent intersect seven times, with the side intersections elevated. The optimized attachment points, such as four power triangles, provide immense stability against storms. A new feature is an additional pole that both supports the ventilation flap and prevents the tent fabric from lying over the inner tent, which is typical for this design. The ventilation flaps can be fully closed with a zipper. Inside the tent, there are numerous mesh pockets for storing small items. All mosquito nets in the inner tent can be completely covered. The open doors of the inner tent do not need to be complicatedly rolled up but can be simply stored in two mesh pockets on the ceiling. All tents in the Unlimited series come with closable ventilation flaps that can also be operated from the inside. The packaging set includes a compression sack and reflective guy lines with pockets for the lines, as well as sturdy stakes.
