Völkl Rise Above 88 touring ski + skin 22/23

The Rise Above 88 with 3D Radius Sidecut is the most versatile model in Völkl's new touring line. It impresses with its performance both on the ascent and the descent.

The ski features a multi-layer wood core with Isocore, making it particularly lightweight at just 1186 g for a length of 160 cm, while also providing stability and smooth handling. Especially in wind-blown conditions, its highly resistant shovel, constructed with 3D Radius technology, excels. Additionally, its sidecut geometry offers exceptional liveliness and agility in tighter passages. At the same time, the continuous sidewall ensures high durability and stability. The combination of a stronger waist underfoot and a less pronounced taper at the tip and tail gives you more control with less effort, even when carrying heavy gear. Last but not least, the Smart Skinclip system allows for the use of Fibre-Tech and Smart-Glue skins.
