The Utility Bar is the foundation of our Utility System. With the integrated Alien-Eye mounts on the bar, you can attach a Utility Rack (sold separately) at the front and your favorite bottle holders at the back. Or you can attach bottle holders all around! The Utility Bar and Rack System may be VO's best answer to the question: "How can I attach a rack to my bike?" Simply strap on your backpack, your favorite drink (12-pack), or your bike bag to the rack and secure it tightly. You don't need forks for racks, clamps, or anything similar. If you have a 31.8 mm stem clamp, it works too!
