Velo Orange - Handlebar washers aluminum. These two-piece aluminum washers allow the mounting of a handlebar with 25.4 or 26.0 mm for our Cigne, removable front plate, and many other stems with a 31.8 mm clamping diameter. They can be used on two-bolt front plate shafts or four-bolt front plate shafts. Details: 40 mm wide.
