Product details

The Vargo Converter Stove is an ultra-lightweight stove that can be powered by both alcohol and fuel tablets. When combined with the optional Hexagon Wood Stove, it creates a multi-fuel cooking system with excellent wind protection, minimal weight, and a compact size. The stove is designed for heating up to 500 ml of liquid, not for cooking full meals. Beverages can be prepared with water heated to about 80 degrees Celsius, and boiling is not necessary. The burner consists of a tripod that folds for packing and a stove canister that fits into the tripod. The three legs provide excellent stability. When used with the Hexagon Wood Stove, the Converter Stove can be suspended in the Hobo, which offers wind protection and allows for even more efficient fuel usage.
