For hiking in low temperatures, UYN has developed the 2IN MERINO socks with high insulation capabilities: The outer layer is made of Merino Tenwool, an exclusive combination of fine merino wool and Fibresist fiber. The result is a soft, thermoregulating, and yet durable fabric. The inner layer is made of the high-tech fiber Texlyte Nano, which is lightweight and can transport moisture outward, as well as the bio-based fiber Natex. The special two-layer system effectively reduces the risk of blisters while hiking, and three-dimensional structures provide cushioning in strategic areas.
