Uvex P1us 2.0

The Uvex P1us 2.0 is the lightest hard-shell ski helmet on the market and is also safer. This is made possible by the patented Uvex +Technology, which uses a specially developed plastic. This makes the ski helmet 20 percent lighter and simultaneously 16 percent more robust than the standard requirements for ski helmets. Uvex +Technology represents German engineering from the Uvex development center in Fürth. It combines an extremely impact-resistant, very lightweight outer shell made from a special thermoplastic material with a shock-absorbing inner shell. The advantage for every skier: A lightweight helmet significantly reduces the centrifugal forces on the neck muscles, leading to more enjoyment while skiing and lower risks of neck injuries in the event of a fall.
