The skipping rope is one of the simplest and yet most efficient training devices of all. With the skipping rope you can train your whole body - speed, balance and endurance. These steel skipping ropes from Tunturi (14TUSFU180 to 14TUSFU183) can be adjusted in length - up to a maximum of 300 cm. They are very sturdy and easy to wash. Additional weights can be used to increase the level of difficulty and load. Please refer to the 'Accessories' tab below.
