Tunturi Turnringe Gym Rings ABS

The Tunturi gym rings (14TUSCF081) Gym Rings, made of ABS material, come as a pair with a storage net and adjustable straps with markings. The rings have a diameter of 23 cm and are 28 mm thick. The nylon straps are 3.8 cm wide and 4.6 m long. Maximum user weight is 110 kg per ring. This allows you to perform a wide range of different exercises. The rings are ideal for gymnastics but also for coordination and strength training. The special thing about training with gymnastic rings is that the rings swing freely and loosely. This means that enormous body tension is required during training, as the body has to constantly compensate for these vibrations in addition to the exercises.
