The Tunturi Battle Rope (14TUSCF002) is a fixed cross training rope for indoor and outdoor use. The rope training mainly strengthens the upper half of the body such as the torso, arms and shoulders. This swing rope from Tunturi is extremely easy on the joints and is suitable for strength and endurance training. This cross training rope is made of durable synthetic material and has a protective sleeve at the beginning and end. The diameter is 38 mm and the length is 9 metres, the weight is around 7.5 kg.
