Tune SpeedNeedle

The Speedneedle by Jürgen Mikus offers the same seating comfort as a good standard saddle, but far surpasses it in weight. Due to the bending of the saddle shell and the give of the seat padding, standard saddles can press on the perineal area, which is not the case with rigid saddles like the Speedneedle. The result is improved blood circulation and no numbness. Additionally, the cut-out padding in the perineal area prevents numbness. Since 2007, the Speedneedle has been delivered with a revised frame. Thanks to the new carbon-aramid mix, an additional wrapping is no longer necessary. The Speedneedle frame has a large clamping area, allowing for the use of straight posts on almost all bikes. CC European champion Sabine Spitz and downhill champion Marcus Klausmann are thrilled with the Speedneedle.
