The Mountaineer, our classic tubular snowshoe, is a versatile snowshoe that can do it all. The eight prong AnacondaT toe crampon provides aggressive traction on two fronts, while the PythonT heel crampon provides enhanced braking downhill. The ActiveFitT 2.0 binding ensures comfort, security and ease of use with a TPU cinch strap that reduces friction and ice build-up and the EZ heel buckle that can be operated with one hand. Rounding out the Mountaineer's design is the ActiveLiftT 19° heel lift, which reduces calf fatigue and tendon strain on steeper climbs in the backcountry. Weight: 2.24 kg Colour: Green/grey.
