Aluminum is a lightweight material known for its quick and even heat distribution, which prevents food from burning in the center of the frying pan. The hard surface also provides good protection against scratches and wear. The ultralight aluminum is 50% stronger than conventional aluminum, allowing for a reduced amount of material in manufacturing, which makes the camping stoves lighter. The non-stick coating is particularly well-suited for frying with little or no fat.
