The Topeak Power Lever Tool is a functional chain tool and tire lever in one. When separated, you have two ultra-robust tire levers. When assembled, the Power Lever transforms into a chain link pliers with a chain fixing hook and an extra compartment for a chain link. It is so small and lightweight that it easily fits in a saddlebag or jersey pocket.
