The Topeak Cable & Housing Cutter is ideal for shortening inner cables and outer housings for brakes and bicycle gears. The high-quality, spring-loaded cutter features an integrated mandrel that reshapes crushed outer housings. The internal cutouts allow for clean crimping of end caps and nipples.
