TIGUAR Safety Plus is a universal gym ball designed to strengthen muscles, balance, and coordination. The ball activates the deep back muscles that are typically not engaged. It is suitable for stretching exercises and relaxation, making it an excellent preventive measure for a healthy spine. The specially formulated material prevents rapid air loss and sudden collapse in the event of a mechanical puncture. When inflating for the first time, inflate to 10% less than the optimal height, and after 7 days, inflate to full height. This way, the inflated balls achieve optimal properties.
