They are also suitable for sleeping systems with sleeping bags. Additionally, they protect the sleeping pad from dirt and body oils, which helps prolong the life of the pad since it doesn’t need to be washed as often. Side loops connect these sheets with Therm-a-Rest blankets and sleeping bags when sleeping directly on the pad. Synergy Luxe Sheets are made from 100% brushed polyester. They are machine washable and available in various sizes, fitting both rectangular and tapered pads. The couple size (Duo) allows two pads to be combined into one for couples.
