What sets this tent footprint apart is the material – Tyvek may look similar to paper, but it offers entirely different performance. Tyvek is a hundred percent synthetic material made from high-density polyethylene fleece. It provides the properties of a thermoplastic, high-density plastic in a semi-solid state, preventing liquids from penetrating the surface. The fleece is lightweight, durable, breathable, and still offers high resistance to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration, and aging. Additionally, the material has high tear resistance and provides a robust, long-lasting protection. You can also trim the footprint to fit the area of your inner tent.
