This size 7 basketball is ideal for making progress. The polyurethane material provides a very good ball feel. Available as a FIBA-certified ball.

For a good playing experience, the basketball must be properly inflated, neither too soft nor too hard. The recommended pressure is indicated on each ball. For optimal air pressure, a pump with a pressure gauge should be used. For Tarmak basketballs, we recommend an air pressure of 0.62 bar.

If you're looking for high durability, choose a rubber ball. If you want a good ball feel, then a ball made of leather or synthetic material is just right. The size of a basketball depends on the age and gender of the players. Size 1: from 2 years, size 3 to size 5: boys or girls aged 4 to 6 years/category U7 (depending on skill level and club), size 5: boys and girls aged 7 to 10 years/category U9 and U11, size 6: boys aged 11 to 12 years/category U13, size 6: girls aged 11 and older and women, size 7: boys aged 13 and older and men.
