Pair the Smart Rope Rookie with the SmartRope app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Android smartphone. Each complete rotation of the rope is recorded as a full jump. Additionally, calorie consumption and workout times are monitored. The app provides interval training recommendations and motivates you by awarding badges and allowing you to compete with friends. You can also sync the app with Apple HealthKit for an even more accurate overview of your physical condition.

Sizes
You can adjust the rope for users up to 2.08 m tall. Be sure to check the rope carefully before cutting it, as you cannot make it longer again afterwards.
