Product details

High-quality training concept for the pelvic floor. The Gatepress pelvic floor training device is a revolutionary piece of equipment specifically designed for stabilizing and strengthening the pelvic floor. It can also be used to activate the back muscles, shoulder chain, and hips. The set includes a short rod, 2 springs (strengths 1 and 2), and cover socks. Its individual adjustability for any height starting from 175 cm allows for various intensity levels to be achieved. With just 6 minutes of training a day, you can strengthen your pelvic floor and prevent or reduce incontinence, as well as recover after childbirth or menopause, and regenerate after prostate surgery. Additionally, it improves your posture, stabilizes the hips, and promotes muscle development in the chest and arm areas. For advanced users, there are 4 additional spring levels available as an extension to the set in a larger size.
