Sypoba Athletic

The devices in the Athletic line are considered the main models. To perform an authentic Sypoba workout, the Athletic model is the benchmark. The Athletic models are complemented by the following accessories:

Bar: allows for push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, and enables training in 3D.

Device for abdominal rollers in combination with the aluminum roller.

RevolutionFitness discs: attachment element for the bar.

Device for a tilt board, which allows tilting movements in different directions and can be used with two legs or one leg.

Half-round wedges: provide a milder lateral tilting movement and can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists. In combination with the training plate and aluminum roller, they can be used to combine the directions of the tilt board and support heel placement in cases of Achilles tendon issues.

With the accessories, exercises can be varied, intensified, or supported. The Athletic accessories and the Revolution roller with abdominal roller function optimize the functionality of the Sypoba. The Athletic Compact is only complemented by elastic bands, which are available in three different strengths depending on the customer's needs.
