Swedish Posture posture trainer "Flexi": For improved posture and stronger muscles. With the Swedish Posture "Flexi" posture trainer, you can optimally support your posture. The belt is also softly padded and comfortable to wear. You can adjust the belt to suit your needs using the Velcro fastener. Standing up straight challenges your postural muscles and relieves the strain on your lumbar spine. You strengthen your muscles and can prevent consequential damage such as neck and back pain. The posture trainer also stretches the chest muscles and keeps the shoulders back. Perfect for long periods of sitting or working at a computer screen.
