Plastic handlebar sleeve 27.0 to 31.8 for MTB handlebars 311 27. The sleeve is included as standard with the purchase of the handlebar. As far as is currently known, SQlab is the only manufacturer of 27.0 handlebars, so the handlebar sleeve fits exclusively on the SQlab handlebar product range with a 27.0 diameter. For use with 25.4 handlebars in 31.8 stems.
