The additional imprint of the start and finish makes this model ideal for use in exercises over a certain length. Whether indoors or outdoors, this track has a major advantage over ordinary ornamental grass or short-pile artificial turf with a low fibre density, which quickly loses fibres under stress: The combination of short fibres and high mat density promises longevity, even when using weighted sledges. This makes the sprint track perfect for functional training, athletic training and cross-training. - Laying made easy - A major advantage is also the simple installation of the running track. The polypropylene and latex backing of the track has double-sided adhesive tape for easy, non-slip installation. This is used to attach the artificial turf to a level and clean floor. If there are any unevennesses, please fill them in beforehand. Please note: If removed after installation, the artificial turf mat will leave marks. Another advantage of the running track is the drainage holes on the back.
