Product details

The sVibe Lite vibration plate enables effective full-body training in a small space. Thanks to its side-alternating 2D vibration, it mimics a natural walking motion while simultaneously activating multiple muscle groups – perfect for muscle building, fat burning, endurance training, and bone strengthening. With 99 intensity levels, 9 automatic programs, and a powerful, particularly quiet 200W motor, the training can be tailored to any fitness level. The LED display, remote control, and Bluetooth connection to the Sportstech Live App allow for comfortable control and access to trainer-led workouts, performance tracking, and personalized training programs. The compact vibration plate measures 47.4 × 31.5 × 11.9 cm, weighs 6.8 kg, and is designed for a maximum user weight of 120 kg. With its non-slip design, noise emission below 50 dB, and including resistance bands and power ropes, it offers versatile training options for an efficient home workout.
