The balance board is ideal for training strength, coordination, and balance. The application range of our board is extremely versatile - whether for yoga, rehabilitation, running, fitness, or strength training.

The underside of the balance trainer features a rubberized, non-slip, and floor-friendly surface. The top provides secure grip through its structured anti-slip surface.

The balance board has two side handles for additional training options, such as push-ups. It is also possible to attach resistance bands to the handle cutouts.

The therapy disc can be used safely by both beginners and advanced users and can also be utilized as a training device within a rehabilitation program after consulting a doctor.

The maximum user weight is 100 kg. With a diameter of 40 cm and a height of 10 cm, along with high-quality craftsmanship, the balance board is particularly robust and durable.
