For increased intensity in training - The Sport-Thieme Training Mat Speed is a small soft floor mat suitable for use in athletics and fitness, as well as in schools, kindergartens, and nurseries. Thanks to its black color and the tarpaulin fabric cover on the top, along with the textured gym mat fabric on the bottom, it is particularly resistant and slip-proof. The elastic core made of special foam allows for exercises such as sprinting, jumping, hopping, fast running, high-knee running in place, or jumping squats. Additionally, the Training Mat Speed is also suitable for stability exercises after injuries.
