The gymnastics mat features a ribbed side and a smooth side. Particularly practical is that the mat is also excellent for exercises in water. The outstanding cushioning system ensures maximum training comfort. With a thickness of 1.5 cm, it is not possible to press through to the floor even under point loads. After the training session, the Gymnastics Mat Club 1.5 can be stored space-savingly using 2 sturdy eyelets.
