The Sport-Thieme Half-Moon Core provides optimal support for gymnasts during their training. It promotes the development of tension and strength in the core area of the body. The trainer is primarily used in gymnastics. Easily attached to a wall bar, it is ideal for preparatory exercises for parallel bars or high bars. Additionally, gymnasts can lie on the wall bar trainer to perform warm-up exercises, build tension in their bodies, and practice figures. The wall bar trainer also serves as support for floor exercises, such as sit-ups. Thanks to its anti-slip underside, the trainer offers excellent grip even on the floor.
