The LW V1 machine features a completely new kite geometry that generates an incredible amount of light electrical energy. By eliminating the 4th and 5th points, the development team was able to simplify the complex structure, thereby enhancing the light wind performance of the LW V1 machine. The highly efficient aspect ratio has been optimized to push the limits of the light wind flyer and control tractor. The LW V1 machine is equipped with an extremely rigid Dacron telescopic frame and our premium 4x4 canopy technology made from reinforced Teijin ripstop nylon, providing structure, stability, and a wind range that is unmatched. This structural stability allows for quicker response times with larger kites and makes it easier to hold the kite in increasing wind conditions. To complete the LW V1 machine, we focused on optimizing material sciences for a streamlined approach. With a three-month framework, a minimalist and strategic body layout, and a high-quality, aerodynamic, and tangle-free bridle system, we have minimized weight to deliver pure performance in light winds.
