Slice Longboard Centre Fin

Northcore has long enjoyed the work of surf artist and illustrator Jonas Claesson, so we were excited when he accepted our invitation to collaborate on a small collection of longboard center fins. Jonas handpicked a selection of his favorite designs, and we produced the water transfer printed fins based on our classic 9" fiberglass fin. The results are stunning! The fins are 100% functional but also stand alone as collector's pieces and individual works of art that look amazing in a home, work, or retail setting.

Jonas is originally from Stockholm, Sweden. He mixes strong references from his new home in Australia with his Scandinavian roots. In his colorful drawings, moose, polar bears, reindeer, seals, and surfers cohabitate in a wonderful world. His traditional hand-drawn illustrations are sometimes digitally colored, resulting in a bold and expressive style. The fins are fiberglass, resin molded for exact tolerances. The shape is a classic center fin template for use in a wide variety of conditions.
