Building on over 60 years of experience in making cycling shoes, Genius is designed on a carbon composite sole that offers the perfect combination of strength and comfort, while the Microtech upper moulds to the shape of the foot for maximum comfort. Integrated heel: A completely new design, lightweight and reinforced to prevent deformation after prolonged effort and pressure. Anatomically shaped, it stabilises and supports the foot when pedalling. The reflective inserts on the heel ensure greater safety for the athlete on the road and help to signal the cyclist's presence in poor visibility conditions. Tecno-3 single presses: The central mechanism ensures a perfect balance of tension between the inside and outside of the shoe, adapting to any type of instep and ensuring an excellent closure. An innovative button on the rotor, which lifts the lever when pressed, facilitates adjustment. Suola Carbon Composite 20: The Carbon Composite Sole 20 is made of nylon and injected carbon fibre. The result is a light and stiff sole that does not lose its properties even in changing climatic conditions or over time. The centre part of the sole has a millimetre scale to make it easier to insert the cleats correctly. A replaceable, non-slip insole at the heel makes walking easier. Soft instep closure system: The closure system is equipped with the ergonomic Instep strap, which is positioned on the instep, moulded, soft and anatomical. It is adjustable on both sides and also adapts perfectly to a particularly high instep.
