The teeth of the premium SM-CRM91 single chainrings are equipped with Shimano's new Dynamic Chain Engagement (DCE) technology, ensuring optimal chain guidance both during crank rotation and in terms of chain retention on the chainring in rough terrain. This further minimizes the risk of the chain dropping. Additionally, the design of the chainrings made from fiberglass composite takes into account the forces and loads encountered, guaranteeing a long lifespan.

The new XTR M9000 series showcases the most advanced XTR mountain bike components and wheels ever. The completely new XTR, available in the "Rider-Tuned" product families Race and Trail, benefits from Shimano's decades-long leadership in designing the most powerful component groups in mountain biking.
