Product details
Shimano RT-EM810 brake discs for speed sensor systems provide powerful and consistent braking performance in all conditions. The ICE Technologies Freeza brake disc significantly reduces heat generation in the braking system, ensuring consistently high braking performance even on steep descents. With the Shimano Center Lock mounting system, the brake discs can be quickly and easily installed thanks to the design of the securing ring.
ICE Technologies, combined with the Freeza brake disc construction, facilitates rapid heat dissipation. This results in more consistent braking performance under extreme conditions, extends the lifespan of the brake pads, and reduces brake force loss as well as brake noise. The lightweight brake discs with heat-dissipating painted protruding aluminum layer segments deliver excellent cooling performance, uniform braking performance, and easier handling in all conditions. The disc brake pads with aluminum and stainless steel cooling fins quickly dissipate heat, reducing maintenance needs and extending the lifespan of the brake pads.
The Center Lock system of the brake disc features a spline profile and securing ring that simplifies installation. This system allows for quick mounting and dismounting of the brake disc, saving on service costs. Additionally, the secure fit on the spline profile enhances precision and strength, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the brake.
