Product details
With its quick accessibility and smooth operation, the Rapidfire Plus SLX shifter ensures seamless control on the trail. The new I-Spec EV lever is highly adjustable, featuring an extended adjustment range in the longitudinal direction.
Instant Release
The Instant Release shifting mechanism replaces the traditional two-step click and release process. With Instant Release, the cable is released immediately upon lever activation, enabling the fastest possible gear change. Whether shifting up with a top-normal derailleur or down with a low-normal derailleur, a quicker shifting action is always a better shifting action.
2-Way Release
The release lever of a Rapidfire Plus shifter is often referred to as a trigger because it is pulled towards the grip like a gun's trigger. The release lever of the Rapidfire Plus shifters from Shimano Alivio to XTR can be operated in the same manner. Additionally, it can also be shifted using thumb pressure if preferred.
