With its integrated chain stabiliser, the SHIMANO GRX rear derailleur ensures quieter shifting and a more secure chain guide on uneven terrain.The RD-RX822-GS with 10-45 teeth and the RD-RX822-SGS with 10-51 teeth are compatible with SHIMANO's 12-speed MTB cassettes, so you'll never run out of gears even on the steepest jeep road or when climbing a singletrack in high mountains. The chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal.
