The Sensosports Balance Board Sensoboard is a challenge for balance. With this balance board, you train quick movement reactions by compensating for the five degrees of freedom of the extra-wide board through muscle work. The non-slip surface is mounted centrally on a ball, allowing the board to tilt. The rubber bands attached to the sides pull the surface back to its starting position and can be adjusted in difficulty. Even the slightest change in body position will throw the board off balance, requiring the muscles to respond immediately.
