It replaces the previous PaceStar compound – not the only difference, but a significant one during intensive use: more mileage and longer lifespan.

SnakeSkin - One of the most effective inventions that Schwalbe has developed for bikes. A tire only becomes about 40-50 g heavier with the SnakeSkin fabric. This provides excellent protection against contact with sharp edges, which can quickly slice open the sidewall of lightweight racing tires.
