The Schiek Power Lifting Hooks Model 1200 combine a sturdy hook with a deluxe wrist support. The durable steel hooks are 2/5" wide and protected with a non-slip coating. The wrist is additionally supported with a wide neoprene bandage, similar to models 1000 PLS and 1000DLS. The 2" durable straps and buckles ensure a secure hold. The pull-up hooks are ideal for lat pulldowns, shoulder raises, pulling exercises, low rows, and other back and shoulder workouts. The quality of these hooks is unique in this segment.
