Mule tracks and scree paths are a pleasure, and via ferratas are also fun. For small climbing sections, you would wish for an even firmer sole, for ice and snow a higher shaft. But the Beau is perfect for everything else. Price: 300 €, weight: 1360 g.
The stiff shoe for wider feet with a large volume only sits firmly with an additional insole, does not roll very smoothly, offers hardly any ground feel and is moderately suitable for climbing. The grippy sole edges well and the upper offers good lateral stability.
